Position Overview:
SCRA – Demand and Allocation is responsible to support the demand and allocation team with a variety of tasks within LCL and SDM to ensure forecast accuracy, on shelf availability and balanced inventory levels. The candidate will complete the Dynamic Allocation for end of cycle inventory on a weekly basis, provide support for daily and weekly reporting tasks and provide support for ad hoc requests from various parts of the replenishment team to ensure store availability and forecast accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Perform the Dynamic Allocation process on End of Cycle inventory on a weekly basis
Perform Code date pushes to stores on a weekly basis
Execute daily, weekly and period reports to various parts of the business to support forecasting and replenishment.
Support the Demand and Allocations teams with reporting requests.
Other ad-hoc requests, as required.
Role Requirements:
Above average analytical skills and problem solving skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills required for communicating to all levels within the organization
A self-starter with demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
Proven ability to respond to new situations and work in a constantly changing environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, JDA (Luminate Demand Edge), SAP, Excel and SQL
Nice to have skills include Python, SAS and Macro development
Working knowledge of replenishment systems and strategies
Team player with a passion for learning, training and working in collaboration with others
Post-secondary education at either the college or university level in Business, Economics or Engineering
