Title: Senior Sales Operations Analyst
Hybrid: 4 Days/week in office.

The impact you'll make
We are looking for an experienced and data driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support and enable our Sales and Client Services teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM system administration, preferably Salesforce, with well-developed data management, data analysis, system configuration and sales reporting skills. This hands-on role will own all system administration, maintenance, and development functions.
What you'll do
- User and License Management:
- Add new users to Salesforce and grant access to the Advendio managed package. Support and facilitate sign on through SSO.
- Deactivate users and transfer ownership of accounts and media campaigns as required.
- Maintain, update, and create roles, profiles, and permission sets.
- Support Docusign software administration and integration
- Data Governance and Data Hygiene:
- Contribute to the development of data governance guidelines and monitor adherence. Provide training to system users where required.
- Create validation rules, mandatory fields, and exception reporting to identify data inconsistencies, duplicate records, and missing data.
- System Configuration and Customizations:
- Create, maintain, and update page layouts
- Create and maintain custom objects to unlock new functionality
- Create custom report types
- Enable functionality for selected roles and profiles
- Create custom fields including lookup fields, formula fields
- Create summary rollups
- Data Uploads and Automations:
- Upload data from external sources and make bulk/mass updates
- Create new flows to automate manual processes
- Update flows as business processes change
- Reporting, Data Analysis, and Insights
- Conduct data analysis using reports and dashboards.
- Track progress against KPI’s and OKR’s
- Export data to excel for deeper analysis using pivot tables, lookups and by combining Salesforce data with other data sources.
- Interpret reports and dashboards to deliver insights about daily operations.
- Support Sales Planning and Sales Process Improvement
- Sales territory planning – semi-annual review of account and territory assignments
- Identify opportunities for more efficient sales processes through automation.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of sales forecasting
- Identify and lead implementation software solutions to integrate with or augment Salesforce to streamline processes, deliver deeper insights and accelerate revenue delivery.
- Support sales pipeline management.
- Manage UAT Testing
- Participate in UAT for new functionality
- Coordinate and monitor projects across multiple teams in test environments
- Participate in testing new Salesforce and Advendio product releases
- Promote changes from UAT to production
Does this sound like you?
- Minimum two years of experience as a primary Salesforce System Administrator, ideally in the software or retail media.
- Salesforce Advanced administration certification (ADM 211).
- Passion for data and self-driven to improve processes
- Superior Excel/Google sheets skills and experience
- Strong team player, able to partner and collaborate with Finance, Product, and Marketing teams.
- Superior problem-solving abilities, able to adapt to shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail
- Experience with Advendio software preferred but not required
- University degree in a relevant discipline, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science
