Sr. Product Analyst (Manhattan WMS) - Brampton

As a Sr. Product Analyst, (Manhattan WMS), you are responsible for the design, configuration, integration, testing, implementation, and stabilization of our Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System. You will be part of a diverse collaborative agile team that is constantly pushing what is possible with our processes, skills and systems. In this role, you will be part of a team of self-motivated and well-respected team members, driving the strategic delivery of our Supply Chain Systems team. A Sr. Product Analyst is passionate and enthusiastic about the collaboration with our business partners to deliver creative solutions to meet their needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • Creating sound and sustainable end-to-end functional designs for solutions to business user stories by connecting and partnering with team members, external teams, business partners and vendors.

  • Deliver complete and fully functional solutions, perform thorough unit testing, and demo the solution to our business stakeholders.

  • Supporting team members and our business partners during key testing cycles and go-lives, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing or preventing downtime.

  • Ensure that solutions are delivered with high quality, on time, within budget and in alignment with our overall processes and standards.

  • Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for technical and functional designs.

  • Be on site with the DCs during cutovers and critical timeframes to better understand both pain points and value add processes. Understand workflows to advise and influence change where required.

What You Bring:

  • Enthusiastic and relentless pursuit of learning, continuous improvement of solutions, processes, skills, and teamwork. Ability to apply SDLC processes within an Agile framework.

  • Experience with Manhattan WMS preferred

  • Hands-on experience with designing and delivering technical and functional solutions to meet business expectations.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment by being organized, driven and a proven multi-tasker.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate and resolve design gaps.

  • Proven experience working with warehouse and yard management applications.

  • Proven track record of taking business requirements and successfully delivering solutions.

  • Experience with SQL and relational databases, preferably MySQL

  • Ability to leverage a tool (typically Postman) to perform and script a variety of HTTP requests

What You've Done:

  • Proven experience working with warehouse management applications for more than 5 years.

  • Proven experience and ability to apply SDLC processes within an Agile framework.

  • Proven track record of taking business requirements and successfully delivering solutions.
