Job Profile: Sr. Analyst, Store Planning Project Lifecycle

Reports To: Sr. Manager, Store Planning Support

Role Mandate:

The Store Planning Support Sr. Analyst facilitates all merchandising layouts for capital projects and manages merchandising lifecycle.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for facilitating merchandising layouts and lifecycle for all assigned projects
  • Works in conjunction with LRE teams to acquire existing store merchandising layouts and fixture information
  • Ensures the latest fixture drawing is utilized for accuracy
  • Uses available resources to access project scope
  • Responsible for constructing and updating floor plans on Blue Yonder cloud based platform
  • Collaborates with Capital Planning (CPS)Teams on review/approval processes for merchandising layouts
  • Responsible for floor plan integrity in Blue Yonder for all assigned projects
  • Collaborates with LRE Store Planning team for project change requests
  • Responsible for assigning planograms based on approved merchandising layout for the capital plan lifecycle workback schedule
  • Maintains project tracker for all projects
  • Maintains Autodesk Construction Cloud with the most up to date merchandising layouts for business accessibility
  • Updates store specific layout for visibility on Open Access

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years retail experience
  • Minimum 1 year Blue Yonder Floor Planning experience
  • Energetic individual able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Great teammate with strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sometimes-unpredictable environment
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient with computers with a proven working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, an asset
