Role Mandate:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications & Forecasting No Frills, the Senior Analyst, Communications is responsible for delivering clear, accurate, and timely communications to No Frills stores nationally.

This role plays a critical part in supporting store operations by managing and monitoring store inquiries to ensure prompt response and resolution. The incumbent is also accountable for proactively identifying and escalating issues or concerns

arising from the No Frills Promotional Inquiry Box to relevant stakeholders to enable early intervention and resolution.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and respond to store inquiries, ensuring appropriate triage and timely escalation to relevant teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, including Promotions, Allocations, Category Management, and Supply Chain, to support aligned and effective communications.
  • Managing weekly store communications, including PULSE, BOOK IT, AD UPDATES, and other ad hoc requests from teams.
  • Lead the weekly BCS/Promo meeting and distributing meeting minutes to the OPS team.
  • Communicating flyer ad update information to stores.
  • Supporting opportunity buy offers and coordinating related efforts.
  • Uploading ad hoc marketing materials and seasonal guides to FLIP as necessary.
  • Communicating the daily supply chain shorts report to relevant stores.
  • Provide support for additional ad hoc communication requests as required by the business.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, with an emphasis on PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with Adobe Acrobat

$52,000.00 - $71,500.00 / 52.000,00$ - 71.500,00$ (per year / par an)
