What You’ll Do
As a Senior Workday Analyst, Reporting, you will play a key role in advancing our Workday journey at Canada’s largest employer.
- Design and deliver dynamic reporting solutions using Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports across multiple Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Talent, Skills, Learning, Payroll, Finance) to drive data-informed decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create scalable, innovative Workday reporting solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Develop and maintain complex calculated fields and population definitions across Workday
- Maintain Workday organizational structures (e.g., company, cost center, location hierarchies) to enable accurate reporting
- Support audits and dashboard development and deliver enhancements to custom reports that meet evolving business needs.
- Lead Workday release readiness, assessing new features, validating system impacts, and creating mitigation plans to ensure smooth transitions.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of Workday experience across multiple HR domains, with a strong specialization in reporting
- Advanced expertise in Workday reporting tools and capabilities
- Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including Business Process Framework and Security configuration
- Working knowledge of Power BI, MicroStrategy, and SQL is considered an asset
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with a focus on advancing Workday knowledge and certifications
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including data analysis, validation, and manipulation
