As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the planning and delivery of large-scale, complex technology programs that support our pharmacy and healthcare businesses. You will work across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Operations, Security, Data, and external partners to turn strategic priorities into executable programs. You will bring structure to ambiguity, navigate complex technical and business dependencies, and drive alignment and accountability from strategy through delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Large-Scale Technology Programs: Own end-to-end program delivery for strategic pharmacy and healthcare initiatives spanning multiple products, platforms, technology teams, business areas, and external partners. Establish integrated roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, governance, and measures of success.
- Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data, Operations, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into clear execution plans. Identify critical dependencies, sequencing, technical constraints, and delivery risks and drive them through resolution.
- Create Alignment and Enable Decisions: Establish effective program governance and provide clear visibility into program health, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions. Facilitate trade-offs, remove blockers, and ensure issues have clear ownership and are escalated appropriately to keep programs moving forward.
- Navigate Pharmacy and Healthcare Complexity: Lead programs within highly regulated and operationally critical environments where privacy, security, regulatory requirements, reliability, patient safety, and customer experience are key considerations. Partner with technology and business teams to balance these requirements while delivering at pace.
- Elevate Program Delivery: Apply strong technical program management practices across planning, dependency management, risk management, governance, and communication. Continuously look for opportunities to simplify execution, improve collaboration, and increase predictability across complex programs.
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading large-scale complex programs in enterprise environments, with the ability to manage multiple interconnected workstreams, technology platforms, teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with Engineering and Architecture teams across areas such as system integrations, APIs, cloud platforms, data, security, infrastructure, and reliability. You can understand technical complexity, ask the right questions, and translate it into clear implications for program execution.
- Experience delivering programs within pharmacy, healthcare, health technology, or similarly complex and regulated environments is strongly preferred, with an understanding of privacy, security, compliance, and operational resilience.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with demonstrated success building alignment across senior technology and business stakeholders, product and engineering teams, and third-party partners. You are comfortable challenging assumptions, facilitating difficult conversations, and driving decisions without direct authority.
- A demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity. You anticipate risks and dependencies, connect decisions across workstreams, use data to inform recommendations, communicate complex topics clearly, and maintain focus on measurable business, technology, patient, and customer outcomes.
