Sr. Product Manager, Brampton, ON

 

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive strategic product development and innovation across Marketing, Customer Data, Cyber Risk, and Privacy. This cross-functional role focuses on solving complex business problems by leveraging technology and consumer data, working closely with business stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and priorities. Partnering with engineering teams, you will lead the development and evolution of consumer data, privacy, and cybersecurity products that enable the Customer Data Platform, Marketing, and Digital organizations. The role owns the full product lifecycle—from design and integration through testing, implementation, and stabilization—and requires strong communication and collaboration with senior leaders, business experts, and cross-functional partners, operating under the guidance of a Director.

 

What You'll Do:  

 

  • Own and evolve the Marketing Technology, Risk, and Privacy technology stacks, ensuring scalability, compliance, and business alignment.
  • Lead product enhancements across consumer data platforms (CDP, CRM, GCP) and marketing technologies to optimize marketing and media performance.
  • Drive cross-functional requirements gathering, identify process gaps through data-driven analysis, and translate business needs into effective system solutions.
  • Define and maintain user and functional requirements for production systems to ensure usability, sustainability, and business value.
  • Act as a thought leader across business and technology teams, shaping future-state designs and prototypes that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery plans, including prioritization, trade-offs, risk mitigation, and transparent communication with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality execution through functional design ownership, system configuration, testing, operational readiness, and warranty support.
  • Lead feature launches and change management efforts to drive adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee ongoing audits, data flows, tagging, taxonomy, and platform maintenance to meet data quality, privacy, and compliance standards.
  • Conduct ad hoc system investigations, partnering with engineering to assess configurations, logic, and solution options.
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with enterprise standards and processes.

 

What You'll Bring: 

  • Strong digital project management, technical product management or marketing technology experience
  • Experience leading product vision, strategy, roadmap development, design with focus on marketing technology or consumer data related fields
  • Experience interfacing with multiple tech development areas such as Product Management, Engineering, Design/UX/UI, Marketing 
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction
  • Ability to autonomously influence cross-functional stakeholders in challenging scenarios such as prioritization and resource allocation
  • Well versed in agile or scrum methodologies and framework including routines and ceremonies, backlog management, requirements gathering, stakeholder management. Able to write User stories based on Customer journeys. 
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) frameworks a plus
  • Experience working with tools such as ServiceNow,  Jira
  • Ability to assess risk - proactive, forward thinking, attention to detail / manage timelines
  • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while successfully meeting milestones
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills are required to articulate and resolve design gaps and/or project issues.
  • Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions
