Senior Product Manager , People Analytics, Brampton, ON
In this role, you will lead the delivery of People Analytics, helping transform data into insights that guide workforce decisions. As a Senior Product Manager, you will partner with HR, business, and data teams to design impactful reporting solutions. Ideally, you bring hands-on expertise with SQL, Power BI, and MicroStrategy, paired with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful, actionable insights.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for People Analytics, aligning with organizational goals.
Partner with HR, business leaders, and technical teams to understand needs and turn them into actionable product requirements.
Develop and oversee reporting solutions that provide leaders with timely, reliable, and easy-to-understand information.
Work with modern tools and platforms such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Power BI, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product and reporting impact.
Simplify complex data and analytics into meaningful insights for leaders and employees.
Champion inclusive design to ensure our products and reports are useful and accessible for all.
Stay ahead of trends in workforce analytics, reporting, and data visualization.
What you Bring:
Experience in product management or related fields, ideally with exposure to HR technology, analytics, or reporting platforms.
Hands-on experience with SQL, MicroStrategy, and Power BI; familiarity with GCP is an asset.
Ability to balance technical, business, and people perspectives when making decisions.
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, agile environment.
Curiosity and a passion for using data, reporting, and analytics to improve employee and organizational outcomes.
