Sr. Manager, Product Marketing Job Description 

Hybrid: 4 days/week in office

As the Senior Manager, Product Marketing, you will be instrumental in building this growing retail media business by bridging our product innovation and sales activities. Leading the Product Marketing team, you will equip our account teams and clients with the top-tier marketing tools to successfully leverage our suite of capabilities. You will translate product-level value propositions into full-some marketing strategies that come to life across a variety of communication channels including sales presentations, 1-sheets, white-papers, website, email communications, events, and social channels. 

Furthermore, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to aligned launch timelines and establish channels for customer feedback to guide product innovation. By staying attuned to trends in the dynamic media and retail landscape, and feeding these into our product and marketing strategies, you will be a key thought-leader shaping our division’s marketplace equity and competitive edge. 

 

 

What You'll Do   

  • Partner with product management leads to align on product vision, go-to-market strategy, and long-term growth roadmap. 

  • Lead the pitch development for new products and key initiatives, articulating their value and strategic fit for both internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Identify opportunities for product expansion, upsell, and adoption through data, customer insights, and competitive analysis. 

  • Create integrated growth plans that span acquisition, education, enablement, and lifecycle marketing for advertisers. 

  • Define, track, and optimize product KPIs related to engagement, activation, and ROI in partnership with Analytics. 

  • Collaborate with GTM teams to conduct feasibility testing, create product launch materials from positioning to execution and communicate with all stakeholders 

  • Build and manage the creation of customer-facing collateral, sales tools, training content, and marketing materials. 

  • Support the Sales team with enablement assets, competitive positioning, objection handling, and market narratives. 

  • Collect structured feedback loops from customers, sales, and market research, triage and inform product development and positioning. 

  • Act as the internal voice of the customer—ensuring all messaging and features reflect client needs and value delivery. 

  • Work closely with Media Intelligence to identify campaigns for turning into case studies, lead the development compilation and publishing of case studies for external communications. 

 

Who You Are 

  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and growth. 

  • A natural storyteller who can distill complex offerings into simple, compelling messages. 

  • Comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders and leading cross-functional programs. 

  • Confident balancing vision with pragmatism, and short-term execution with long-term scale. 

 

Qualifications 

  • 7–10+ years in product marketing, product strategy, or growth marketing within media, ad tech, eCommerce, or B2B SaaS. 

  • Deep knowledge of advertising platforms, retail media networks, or performance marketing. 

  • Experience working closely with senior leaders on business cases, product pitches, and vision development. 

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. 

  • Highly proficient in building narratives and materials for various audiences (brands, agencies, internal stakeholders). 

  • Strong analytical acumen comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and product metrics. 

  • Experience managing and mentoring a high-performance team is a plus.
