Join our team as a Senior Manager, Execution (Corporate Stores) and play a key role in delivering best-in-class retail experiences through exceptional in-store execution. This role is responsible for translating promotional strategies and floor planning into clear, actionable direction for stores—ensuring programs are executed with consistency, accuracy, and impact.
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in retail merchandising, program execution, and cross-functional communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to driving execution excellence across the network.
In this role, you will partner closely with the Allocations and Mapping teams to support the seamless rollout of promotional programs and floor plans. You will act as a key connector between our merchandising strategy and in-store execution, ensuring stores have the tools, clarity, and support needed to deliver against expectations. This includes collaborating across merchandising, retail operations, supply chain, and marketing to align priorities and optimize the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Communication and Execution of Divisional and Enterprise Projects: Oversee the execution and communication of divisional and enterprise campaigns, collaborating with mapping and allocations team on merchandising plans, developing marketing signage and operational directives are communicated to stores in a clear and concise manner.
- Lead Cross-Departmental Communication: Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely project execution and alignment.
- Maintain Accurate Store Mapping and Profile: Work with store operations teams to ensure precise floor mapping and optimal space utilization.
- Strategic Alignment with Regional and Category Teams: Ensure that promotional strategies align with overall business goals to boost profitability.
- Lead and Support Category accelerator programs and category initiatives: support category initiatives by helping support key performance indicators, work with cross functional teams to help category achieve objectives and develop a clear and direct communication plan to support stores to achieve these initiatives.
- Conduct Regular Store Assessments: Visit stores to evaluate space utilization, provide actionable recommendations, and analyze the effectiveness of space plans.
Special Projects Planning/Analysis:
- Design and Plan Innovative Programs: Assist in crafting our control brand programs and other promotional initiatives, bringing creative marketing ideas to life in the retail environment.
Role Requirements:
- Educational Background: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Experience: 3 to 5 years in retail merchandising and promotions; supply chain experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to achieve results.
- Detail-Oriented and Organized: Thrive under pressure with strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Analytical Proficiency: Proficiency with MicroStrategy, SAP, excel and PowerPoint is preferred. Knowledge of query tools is a plus
