The Impact You'll Make:

In this role you will be part of the team that manages lasting partnerships for the PC Optimum program with leading consumer-facing businesses and brands. The role will provide significant exposure to cross-functional teams, working collaboratively on a day-to-day basis with Technology, Digital, Marketing, Loyalty Operations and Promotions, Data Insights and Analytics, and Store Operations teams, to name a few.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support ongoing partnership management initiatives with guidance
  • Report on and analyze partner performance data and customer insights to make recommendations on innovation or improvement opportunities
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement partnership loyalty program plans and marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to partnership development by conducting research, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and developing assessments and recommendation reports
  • Assist with special projects related to PC Optimum and our partnerships

Please note: This role will be based out of our downtown office at 500 Lake Shore Blvd W, Toronto, ON. 4 days per week in office.
