Senior Analyst, Data Operations
The Impact You'll Make:
We have an exciting opportunity for an analyst to join our Data Operation Vendor team. You will play an integral role in our Vendor Integration process, engaging with business partners and participating in projects and initiatives.
Collaborating with the Senior Manager, the candidate will be responsible for the management of Vendor Workflow application, directly working with Vendors as well as High level business Colleagues.
What You'll Do:
- Analyze, explain, and assist in resolving systems and business process related inquiries from business community to enhance processes
- Design and distribute scorecards on a weekly and periodic basis to business partners
- Work with large volumes of data to design reports to capture current business needs as required
- Have knowledge of SAP Master data to effectively problem solve and build strong working relationships with business partners
- Technical proficiency to leverage master data to generate data quality reporting, automation (bots), power apps and scorecards. Leverage PowerBI to provide reporting and data solutions
- Training analyst on the integrity of data to avoid critical errors impacting vendor reporting, ensuring stable operations
- Participate in adhoc projects, mandatory UAT for project releases and mass cleansing tasks
What You Bring:
- Experience / knowledge of SAP and working with retail master data
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, PowerBI and Power Apps required
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications, specifically intermediate skills in Excel
- Good communication, interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
- A positive demeanor, an excellent teammate with good partnership skills
- Able to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work to meet deadlines using strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- A self-starter who can demonstrate the ability to respond to new situations and work in a fast-paced work environment
