About the Role – Product Marketing Manager
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our retail media business by linking product innovation with competitive insights and product-market fit, while aligning these efforts with our sales and marketing strategies and execution. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product Marketing, you’ll develop high-impact messaging and positioning to help account teams and clients understand the full value of our media products.
You'll translate product benefits into compelling marketing strategies brought to life across multiple touchpoints—including sales enablement materials, one-pagers, whitepapers, website content, email campaigns, events, and social media.
In this role, you’ll also lead cross-functional efforts to align product launches and create channels for customer feedback that influence future innovation. By staying on top of evolving trends in retail media, you’ll help shape our market position and strengthen our competitive advantage.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with product management to develop annual plans and deliver support aligned with the product roadmap.
Lead the go-to-market planning and execution for new products and key initiatives, articulating their value and strategic fit for both internal and external stakeholders.
Define, track, and optimize KPIs related to engagement, activation, and ROI in partnership with Analytics.
Collaborate with product, sales and marketing teams to conduct feasibility testing, create product launch materials from positioning to execution and communicate with all stakeholders
Build and manage the creation of customer-facing collateral, sales tools, training content, and marketing materials.
Support the Sales team with enablement assets, competitive positioning, objection handling, and market narratives.
Collect structured feedback loops from customers, sales, and market research, triage and inform product development and positioning.
Act as the internal voice of the customer—ensuring all messaging and features reflect client needs and value of delivery.
Work closely with Media Intelligence to identify campaigns turning into case studies, leading the development of compilation and publishing of case studies for external communications.
Identify opportunities for product expansion, upsell, and adoption through data, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Create integrated growth plans that span acquisition, education, enablement, and lifecycle marketing for advertisers.
Who You Are
Strategic thinker and a self-starter with a bias for execution and growth.
A natural storyteller who can distill complex offerings into simple, compelling messages.
Comfortable leading cross-functional programs and exceptional project management skills.
Skilled at balancing big-picture vision with practical execution, and short-term goals with long-term growth.
Qualifications
At least 5 years in product marketing, product strategy, or growth marketing within media, ad tech, eCommerce, or B2B SaaS.
Deep knowledge of advertising platforms, retail media networks, or performance marketing is preferred.
Experience working on business cases, product pitches, and vision development.
Expert marketing storyteller adept at creating both visual and written marketing communications and presentations.
Highly proficient in building narratives and materials for various audiences (brands, agencies, internal stakeholders).
Strong analytical acumen comfortable with KPIs, dashboards, and product metrics.
Strong ability to prioritize multiple projects; experience with Coda is a plus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships.
