What You'll Do:
Define and Drive Advertiser Product Strategy: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for advertiser-facing tools and features, from ideation and research to launch and iteration.
Deep Advertiser Understanding: Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis in the ad tech space, and gather advertiser insights through interviews, data analysis, and usability testing to identify key pain points and unmet needs.
Roadmap & Backlog Management: Translate advertiser insights into clear product requirements and user stories. Actively manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient execution by engineering teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, data science, and other product teams to define, build, and launch high-quality advertiser solutions. Proactively identify and resolve dependencies with partner teams.
Foster a Culture of Innovation: Contribute to a dynamic team culture that values speed, candor, curiosity, and experimentation within the retail media product organization.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for experience in advertising technology, retail media, or advertiser-facing platforms.
Ad Tech Acumen: Solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including ad serving, campaign management, targeting, measurement, and reporting.
Product Execution: A proven track record of successfully shipping features and products through iterative development cycles, demonstrating a willingness to be hands-on and support teams as needed.
Collaboration & Influence: Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed environment, influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals without direct authority.
Agile Expertise: Strong grasp of agile development methodologies and practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and present compelling product narratives.
Customer Empathy: A genuine passion for understanding user needs and advocating for the advertiser's perspective throughout the product development process.
