Product Developer, Colleague Solutions, Brampton, ON

What You'll Do:

  • Design, develop, and deploy SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks.
  • Build and customize modern webparts, extensions, site templates, and modern SharePoint experiences (including Viva Connections).
  • Configure and manage Document Libraries, Lists, Permissions, and related governance.
  • Extend SharePoint functionality by developing Power Automate flows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards integrated with SharePoint data.
  • Troubleshoot/resolve SharePoint out-of-the-box and custom features, while working with stakeholders and documenting solutions.

What You Bring:

  • Balanced hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frameworks.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint Modern features (Viva Connections, Webparts, Document Libraries) and Microsoft 365 service integrations via REST & Graph APIs.
  • Skilled in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and PowerShell scripting for administration.
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Key Vault, Logic Apps, Portal) for secure and scalable solutions.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, backlog tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps), ITSM processes, and fair troubleshooting/problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on SharePoint development experience.
