Product Analyst | Brampton, ON
Our Store Applications Team powers the technology behind every in-store experience. We are committed to delivering stable, accurate, and scalable solutions that enable seamless retail execution and build customer trust — always keeping our customers at the forefront of everything we do. We strive for excellence by continuously improving, innovating, and evolving our systems to better support our stores and the business.
What You’ll Do:
Maintain & support core instore application including pricing synchronization, inventory management and middleware configuration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Information Security, POS/Application Development, Store Systems, and external vendors to implement complex, scalable solutions that ensure accurate real-time pricing and system reliability..
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to communication, pricing discrepancies, and other backend integrations. Proactively recommend scalable solutions to mitigate recurring issues and reduce store-level support incidents.
Implement & support enterprise-wide rollouts, including deployment validation, performance monitoring, and ongoing system optimization.
Serve as a subject matter expert for in-store application, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the team.
What you Bring:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
Some knowledge of IoT Technologies: Embedded/firmware systems, Communication technologies, Networking protocols
Some knowledge of Cloud Technologies: GCP or Azure cloud platform, Github
Experience using SQL to update and retrieve data
Experience with database management, front-end/back-end software development and security a plus
