The Opportunity

Canada’s largest food retailer is looking for a Product Analyst to join a diverse and collaborative agile team in a fast-paced environment to drive the strategic delivery of our Supply Chain Systems. As a Product Analyst, you will be part of a diverse team that is constantly pushing what is possible with our processes, skills, and systems. You are responsible for the documenting, testing, developing E2E automation framework and scripts to validate E2E functionality of our Manhattan Warehouse Management system. Our goal is to modernize and enhance the end user experience by providing new features and capabilities that unlock additional productivity and efficiencies in the warehouse.

Product Analyst, Supply Chain Systems:

The Program Management, Supply Chain Systems pillar is a trusted tower with the responsibility of supporting and promoting operational stability for distribution centers across the Loblaw network specifically related to the Manhattan Active Program. We are tasked to ensure best in class support ensuring an optimal and seamless end user experience. This will include continuous improvement opportunities, process and technology adoption while ensuring enterprise-wide change management, communication, training plans are in place and executed. Cooperating with distribution center operators across the country, we work to enhance and augment their experience through a variety of product rollouts and deployments in conjunction with the stability efforts, helping to drive the business forward. #LI-Hybrid

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for new and existing features
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Create and maintain automation scripts using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright (if applicable)
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Provide feedback on usability, performance, and software stability
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement in the QA practice
  • Supporting a variety of teams during key testing cycles and go-lives, answering questions and resolving issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing or preventing downtime.

Must-haves:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills that support effective collaboration
  • Enthusiastic and relentless pursuit of learning, continuous improvement of solutions, processes, skills, and teamwork.
  • Organized and driven.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment by being organized, driven and a proven multi-tasker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to haves:

  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in business, operations, engineering or equivalent discipline
  • Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in a related discipline.
