What You’ll Do

Automation & Workflow

  • Generate automation reports using HEALTHWATCH pharmacy management software

  • Package medications into unit-dose pouches using automated packaging machines

  • Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

  • Support automation workflow to meet daily targets and schedules

Inventory Support

  • Assist in maintaining pharmacy inventory at established minimum stock levels

  • Help place orders and restock pharmacy supplies and specialty items

  • Support inventory pre-count preparation and assist vendors on inventory count days

  • Assist with drug recalls and sourcing alternatives when products are unavailable

Shipping & Order Preparation

  • Follow step-by-step workflows to prepare medication packages for shipment

  • Work with the team to package automated orders for nursing homes

  • Assist in investigating and resolving order issues to ensure timely shipment

Prescription Support

  • Follow established workflows to prepare patient medication orders

  • Label prescription and over-the-counter products accurately

  • Assist with blister pack preparation and medication mixtures

  • Use Kroll pharmacy software for prescription preparation and labelling

Professional Practice

  • Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative workplace

What You Bring

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to support different areas of the pharmacy as needed

  • Basic computer skills; experience with HEALTHWATCH or Kroll is an asset
