Votre rôle :
Soutenir le déploiement des programmes et des processus des RH. Participer à la formation et à l’encadrement des initiatives fonctionnelles et interfonctionnelles (gestion de la performance, rémunération, planification de la direction, sondage sur l’engagement et cycle de revue de la performance).
Fournir du mentorat, des explications et des recommandations aux clients qui ont des questions portant sur des éléments en lien avec leur emploi, comme l’interprétation des politiques et des procédures de la société, la stratégie de recrutement et de sélection, la gestion de la performance, les cessations d’emploi, la planification stratégique, la formation et le développement et l’administration des avantages sociaux.
Mentorer et soutenir la gestion du développement des gestionnaires et la gestion des talents et de la performance. Offrir du soutien pour régler les problèmes de gestion du changement et du personnel ainsi que les problèmes de communication.
Collaborer avec l’équipe du recrutement et l’entreprise afin d’élaborer des stratégies proactives pour combler les besoins en personnel du client. S’assurer que les besoins en main-d’œuvre du groupe de clients sont tous comblés par une main-d’œuvre diversifiée.
Collaborer avec les groupes d’affaires et de spécialistes pour trouver des façons différentes de motiver les collègues pour stimuler la performance; contribuer à la stratégie de rétention et de récompenses à long terme (c.-à-d., Récompenser la performance).
Cerner les obstacles au succès et contribuer au règlement proactif des différends afin de favoriser une culture axée sur la performance. Faire preuve de jugement et démontrer une compétence en ressources humaines ainsi qu’une expérience pratique pour soulever les problèmes, au besoin.
Contribuer aux méthodologies d’amélioration continue et normalisées qui influent sur les stratégies de ressources humaines.
S’assurer que les intérêts de l’entreprise et des collègues sont considérés conformément aux politiques des RH et aux lois et règlements gouvernementaux applicables, c.-à-d. la ESA, le Code des droits de la personne, les lois du travail.
Créer et diriger des équipes diversifiées qui favorisent un milieu de travail inclusif et un sentiment d’appartenance.
Vos qualifications :
Cinq à sept ans d’expérience dynamique en ressources humaines ou combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience en ressources humaines, avec des connaissances éprouvées dans le domaine de la gestion des relations avec la clientèle; expérience en relations de travail, un atout.
Titre de Conseiller en ressources humaines agréé (CRHA)

What you'll do:
Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes and participate in coaching and guiding in functional and cross-functional initiatives (Performance Management, Compensation, Leadership Planning, Engagement Survey and the Performance Review Cycle)
Provide mentorship, direction and advice to the client regarding employment related issues including but not limited to the interpretation of company policies & procedures, recruitment & selection strategy, performance management, terminations, strategic planning, training & development and benefits administration
Provide mentorship & support management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change and people management issues & communication
Partner with the recruitment team and the business to develop proactive strategies to address the staffing needs of the client and to ensure the client group is fully staffed with a diverse workforce
Partner with the business and Specialist groups on finding alternative ways to incent colleagues to drive performance - input into long term rewards and retention strategy (i.e. Pay for performance)
Recognize barriers to success and facilitate proactive dispute resolution that supports a performance driven culture. Uses judgment supported by human resource competence and practical experience to raise matters as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement & standard methodologies to influence human resources strategies.
Ensure that the interests of colleagues and company are considered in accordance with HR policies and applicable government laws and regulations – i.e. ESA, Human Rights Code, Labour Code

What you bring:
5 to 7 years of dynamic HR experience or equivalent combination of education and human resources experience with proven knowledge in the area of client relation management; LR experience and asset
CHRP designation or post graduate degree preferred
Bilingual in English and French is required
Must be strategic, have a good professional presence, and possess strong planning and organizational skills and experience leading projects.
Strong analytic skills and superior ability to problem-solve
Experience in a retail environment is an asset
