Natural Foods Department Manager Full Time Day
We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As a Manager, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.
Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.
Increase sales by readily approaching customers to recommend, promote and sell vitamins, supplements, and other natural health products.
Stay current with industry trends and utilize educational resources to deliver expert knowledge to customers.
Order product, receive and manage inventory to ensure a good in stock position.
Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.
Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations
Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
An educational background in holistic nutrition is required.
Experience in homeopathy and herbal medicines would be beneficial, but not required.
Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
