Reporting into the Ad Ops Manager and coordinating across multiple teams you will be responsible for the day-to-day digital advertising operations of multiple clients. 
 

As a Media Specialist at Loblaw Advance, you will play a pivotal role on our ad ops team, executing strategic digital media campaigns across multiple platforms, with a particular focus on social media. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our clients' objectives are achieved efficiently and effectively. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a passion for digital media, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
 

As a social media buying expert, you are highly skilled in all aspects of Meta advertising, from Collaborative Ads to the technical details of the Meta Pixel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Execute end-to-end digital media campaigns, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing optimization.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate digital media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-driven work environment, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal spend and KPIs
  • Provide accurate and timely media performance reports to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Experience in programmatic buying is a plus.
  • Proven track record in managing successful campaigns and delivering client satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media buying tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail in campaign execution, including targeting, creative review, and performance analysis.
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
