As the primary consultant for complex pension and savings cases at Loblaw, you will own the end-to-end management of unique and specialized requests—serving as the critical point of accountability from initial intake to final resolution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, external consultants, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless program changes and effective communication across our large and dynamic organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Primary consultant for complex, non-standard member cases related to all pension and savings programs.
Manage the end-to-end implementation of program changes, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and effective rollout to colleagues.
Develop, update, and review member communication materials to clearly articulate program changes and their impact.
Other Responsibilities
Lead or co-lead cross-functional special projects related to pensions and savings from conception to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope.
Proactively manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
Provide subject matter expertise and critical input on pensions and savings to support broader business initiatives.
What You'll Bring (Required):
A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in pension administration or an equivalent role within Human Resources.
Working knowledge of pension legislation and pension administration for defined benefit, defined contribution and group savings plans.
Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, understandable terms.
A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere.
Strong work ethic, demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and a commitment to quality.
What Sets You Apart (Preferred Assets):
Previous experience collaborating with actuaries, legal counsel, and external pension consultants.
Experience working with a large, complex, and/or unionized environment.
