What you'll do:

  • Contribute to the success of the Brand Marketing team at Loblaw Advance™ by providing essential, hands-on support

  • Manage our content strategy through copywriting, design direction, and publishing for key channels

  • Manage the brand presence on our website

  • Manage the brand presence on LinkedIn through owned and paid media

  • Manage the deployment of our email marketing strategy

  • Drive the execution of virtual and in-person events from initial planning and promotion through to post-event reporting

  • Coordinate the company's promotional merchandise (swag) program, including vendor communication, inventory tracking, and the logistics of distribution for events and sales initiatives.

  • Manage the budget and billing process for key projects

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to perform marketing functions in support of Loblaw Advance™

What you bring:

  • 5 years’ of experience in marketing, B2B preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of the advertising industry, including specific language, trends, and industry bodies

  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practises

  • Experience with LinkedIn community management and webinar moderation

  • Experience with email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, A/B testing, and sender reputation management

  • Experience providing input to creative teams for production including videography, photography, and graphic design

  • Experience in event logistics, vendor communication, budget planning, and on-site event management

  • Familiarity with privacy and anti-spam legislation

  • A comfort with marketing technology platforms

  • Strong analytics acumen and a desire to constantly improve using data

  • Very strong relationship management skills and the ability to positively influence others

  • Bilingual English/French language skills are an asset, though not required

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 / 80.000,00$ - 110.000,00$ (per year / par an)
