Manager, Fulfilment Center Assortment Delivery
Manager Fulfilment Center Assortment, you will be responsible for the following areas
- Ownership of fulfillment center assortment
- Ownership of weekly promo planning, & seasonal program execution
- Ownership of assortment data integrity in the facility
- Support operational initiatives related to on shelf availability
- Support the Sr Manager in strategic initiatives related to the facility
This role is central to the overall success of the PCX delivery program in the Toronto Areas. You will be willing to work in a driven, entrepreneurial environment, and comfortable working within a highly collaborative & ambiguous space. you will have extensive experience in finding and applying data-driven insights to support business decision-making. You are curious and passionate about growing the business. You are interested in understanding customers and their behaviors, and you take initiative to deep dive into data when the answers are ambiguous.
What you’ll do:
Actively manage & optimize the assortment for delivery fulfillment center
Work collaboratively with multiple category teams on seasonal programming
Work collaboratively with supply chain on process improvements
Collaborate with data science to identify and influence changes to the assortment algorithm
Support fill and found initiatives to increase operational picking efficiency
Support the Sr Manager with strategic planning
Does this sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree (BA, BCom, or similar)
3-5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising or product development
Identifies and anticipates problems as it relates to the online shopping experience. Can creatively solution for problems independently
You have the ability to influence, motivate and enable your own team and cross-functional teams
You identify and execute on opportunities to collaborate with your own team, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
You can regularly present in team meetings and can influence stakeholders using data and storytelling for online shopping experience strategy
You have strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (MS office, looker, ect).
You have a curious mindset, are willing to work beyond laid boundaries and have a high ownership to drive things end to end.
You’re able to thrive with ambiguity and a high degree of proactive “hands-on” thinking and acting
You are an advocate for on-site accessibility, and understand the value of SEO driven experiences on-site
