Manager, FP&A, Enterprise Store Support Costs

Role Overview:

As the Manager of FP&A for Enterprise Store Support costs, you will oversee the consolidation and analysis of periodic results, forecasts, and annual budgets for nearly $1 billion in store support costs. Your key responsibility is to provide critical risk/opportunity assessments to Senior Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis with a strong focus on supporting enterprise back-office functions including HR, IT, Legal, and Corporate Operations.
  • Partnering with HR leaders to align financial planning with headcount strategies, compensation modeling, and workforce planning
  • Deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis to support the Leadership team.
  • Oversee Corporate and Retail administrative cost functions.
  • Assist in integrating team processes with new Corporate Financial Planning tools.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy in period-end consolidation for store support costs.
  • Lead planning cycles and prepare annual budgets, developing new processes as needed.
  • Consolidate periodic forecasts, prepare business review packages with analysis against forecast and budget.
  • Drive process improvements within the finance team to enhance standardization and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Conduct ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Finance or related field required; experience in corporate/retail environments is an asset.
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven people management abilities.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, data analysis tools, and complex formulas) is essential; familiarity with SAP, Smartview, Oracle, MicroStrategy is an asset.
