The Impact You’ll Make

As the Manager, Finance – Loyalty, you will be the primary financial lead responsible for overseeing and optimizing the financial performance of our growing portfolio of third-party loyalty partners. Your expertise will be critical in managing complex financial flows, managing relationships with business partners, finance support teams and our partners, and enabling the strategic expansion of our partnership ecosystem. You’ll drive financial accuracy, provide insightful analysis, and support critical decision-making for a high-growth area of our business.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary finance partner for the Loyalty partnerships portfolio.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and billing processes for Loyalty Partnerships, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage the financial integration and ongoing processes for new partners, supporting their setup, operationalization, and integration to existing financial reporting.
  • Develop and present insightful financial reporting and analysis on partnership performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities to inform business strategy.
  • Support other areas of Loyalty Finance, as required.

Role Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance; ideal candidates will possess an accounting designation (CPA).
  • 4-7 years of relevant experience within a Finance environment.
  • Superior analytical skills with a proven ability to generate business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure/competency with SAP and visualization tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Looker).

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 / 80.000,00$ - 110.000,00$ (per year / par an)
