Why is this role important

We’re looking for Talented Passionate Leaders with a proven record of delighting customers and growing sales. As a Store Manager in one of our stores, you will have an immediate impact on sales and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager is responsible for the overall store operations which includes financial results and profitability, merchandising and brand standards execution, delivering an exceptional customer experience and the training and development of the store team. The Store Manager plans and executes strategies to drive sales and performance as well as ensuring company operational processes are in place and adhered to.

What you'll do
  • Provide a great customer service experience through leading by example, compelling merchandising standards and a well-trained team.
  • Lead, coach and motivate colleagues to achieve success and foster colleague growth.
  • Adhere to brand standards, company policy and procedures, ensure operational efficiencies/excellence and accountable for financial objectives.
  • Work in collaboration with the Visual Merchandiser and District Manager to execute directives and maintain brand standards and deliver a great in-store experience for our customers while driving results.
  • Partner with the District Manager to provide input that will help shape business strategy.
  • Own the P&L and identify and act on opportunities to grow profitability.
  • Create/monitor the scheduling plan to effectively manage workload, support business objectives and maximize productivity.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store (including cash office open/close)
  • Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a talent for building customer loyalty and community relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to improve productivity, engagement, and retention
  • Experience managing overall store operations in the apparel retail environment
  • Strong financial acumen to deliver outstanding business results and commitment to consistent results, everyday
  • Excellent leadership, delegation and training skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to manage complex and competing priorities
  • Visual Merchandising skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
