Job Description
Reporting to the Manager, In-Store Marketing, the incumbent, will be responsible for coordination and delivery of a variety in store marketing materials ensuring that strategic objectives along with innovation captures a unique customer In-Store experience. The Specialist will act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute store programs.
Duties & Responsibilities
Support the execution of seasonal campaigns from concept to postmortem including submission of Intake Workfront project, brief, reviewing proofs, circulating proofs to obtain approvals from all stakeholders and in store testing as required.
Coordinate with the Brand Marketing team to review executional briefs, ensuring all in-store marketing scope is accurately defined and all program elements are briefed accurately.
Coordinate and schedule content for In-store Radio and Digital Screens including financial reconciliation.
Work closely with cross functional teams including but not limited to Brand, Loblaw Agency, IT and Call Centre to execute “store-ready” programs in an effective and timely fashion.
Work closely with on-site vendors that support the execution of all materials and provide clear communication.
Oversee vendor processes, including inventory review, billing, and coordination of signage and hardware requirements for all upcoming Grand Opening locations.
Coordinate and support the ISM Manager in managing the Marketing Material Replenishment kit, Local Marketing Tool kit, and Office Marketing Tool Kits. This includes inventory management, annual review and validation of active elements, replenishment, reporting, financial reconciliation, and ongoing maintenance of the template library.
Create purchase orders and process invoices. Support in monthly finance forecasting.
Support and maintain the new store list, as well as In-Store Standards and Guardrails for all generic and evergreen signage.
Intake and schedule store visit requests, ensuring all logistics are organized and communicated effectively.
Support and prepare store locations for all store walks, including conducting store audits, ordering necessary POP materials, and coordinating installations to ensure readiness in advance of each walk.
Support the Store Communications Specialist in developing and preparing communications to store for specific marketing events and campaigns.
Ad hoc requests and additional responsibilities as required.
Access to a vehicle, as regular travel to store locations is required.
Ability to work on-site a minimum of three days per week.

Skills & Experience
Post-secondary education (bachelor’s degree or College diploma) in Marketing, Graphic Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant retail marketing experience is an asset
Print and digital production experience is an asset.
Solid working knowledge of Excel.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
