Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

  • Uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and operational standards

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a retail or customer service environment

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • Proficient in POS systems and basic computer applications

  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
