What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare, design and display floral arrangements, products and giftware according to customer demand and company standards. 
  • Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Foster strong customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer relations through selling, educating and consulting.
  • Uphold our high quality standards of product ensuring proper care, rotation, processing and maintenance of all floral items.
  • Assist the department manager with the day to day operations of the department by placing orders for product and supplies, receiving, taking orders, training and supervising part time employees.
  • Ensure that the safety and sanitation of the department meet Company and legislative policies and standards.
  • Record all waste and scan outs according to Company procedures.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience and/or education as a Floral Designer is required.
  • Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Previous leadership experience would be beneficial.
  • Excellent organization, planning and communication skills.
