Job description:

We’re on the hunt for a Creative Strategy Director who can turn big business challenges into bold, culture-shaping ideas. This isn’t just about decks and data points—it’s about unlocking insights that spark award-worthy creative and move the brand forward. You’ll be the connective tissue between business, creativity, and culture—leading strategy across every channel and inspiring teams to do the best work of their careers.

What you’ll do:

  • Set the vision. Build brand, campaign, and communication strategies that are as smart as they are inspiring.

  • Lead with insight. Dig into research, data, and cultural signals to uncover truths that fuel breakthrough creative.

  • Shape the work. Collaborate with creatives, marketers, and media partners to ensure strategy lives and breathes in every idea.

  • Be the voice of the audience. Champion the customer perspective, translating behaviors and motivations into actionable direction.

  • Inspire & guide. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of strategists and planners. Raise the bar for thinking and execution.

  • Influence at the top. Partner with senior leaders to translate complex business challenges into clear, compelling strategic narratives.

What you’ll need:

  • 8+ years of brand, creative, or communications strategy experience (agency or in-house).

  • A track record of leading strategy on high-profile, integrated campaigns.

  • Exceptional storytelling skills—you can sell an idea in the boardroom and inspire a room full of creatives.

  • Deep knowledge of digital, social, and emerging platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills paired and a keen understanding of trends—you know how to turn numbers and trends into actionable ideas.

  • Leadership experience: you’ve managed people, pitched to execs, and set a strategic standard others follow.
