We are looking for a talented Digital Merchandiser for Online Grocery to join our Digital Shopping Experience Team, which is responsible for sales, conversion, and the online store experience. You will be responsible for product enrichment processes and data issue resolution with the goal to maintain accurate and complete product information online.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to, triage, and resolve master data and other product-related issues that impact product information on-site; identify root causes and escalate issues to the appropriate owner (internal and external) in a timely manner
- Create/maintain reporting on product information and data issue resolution
- Enriching and updating new and existing products with product information
- Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including Photography, Operations, and Merchandising, Omni-channel, and tech teams
- Build relationships with external vendors to source timely and accurate product information and to ensure adherence to enrichment process, and content guidelines and standards
- Identify and execute process improvement and optimization opportunities
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Retail or eCommerce
- Experience working with MS Excel
- Proficient with SAP
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large volumes of data
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong desire and a proven aptitude for continuous learning
- Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them within SLA
