Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to maintain robust search operations (Ops) in production environments.
Tune search queries, indexing strategies, and data pipelines for performance and efficiency.
Work with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, analytics) to deliver end-to-end search features.
Stay ahead of industry trends in search technologies, NLP, and ML-driven search innovations.
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning to uphold technical excellence.

Proficiency in Java or Python and experience building RESTful APIs for search services.
Hands-on experience with ML-driven search solutions, such as natural language processing (NLP), semantic search, or personalized ranking.
Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and their integration with search systems.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and search performance tuning.
A passion for solving complex problems with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional Agile environment.
