Responsibilities and Duties:
Oversee daily operations of the department to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
Monitor and manage staffing levels, schedules, and task delegation.
Set clear objectives and performance standards for the team.
Track departmental KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee stock control (if applicable).
Resolve customer or client issues promptly and professionally.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Manage department budget and control expenses.
Support onboarding and ongoing training for team members.
Enforce quality control standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends and apply best practices to department operations.
