The Inventory Control Coordinator is accountable for over-seeing the accuracy of warehouse product through inventory audits and code date analysis. The Inventory department also supports the distribution center in monitoring pick lines and general system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct timely investigation of inventory issues
- Update and modify information within our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform physical counts of forward pick and reserve locations
- Process customer store returns using WMS
- Assist in the investigation of slot location and replenishment issues
- Communicate with parties in and outside of the inventory group regarding product status
- Other duties as required by operations
Requirements
- Previous distribution/warehouse experience considered an asset
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong ability to prioritize workload
- Must have excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer system experience (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to work in a team oriented environment
- Knowledge in warehouse management systems would be an asset
- Must be committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through accuracy and efficiency
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, as required
- Some lifting maybe required
