Coordinator, Customer Service (Contract)

We are currently seeking highly motivated candidates to fill the position of Coordinator, Customer Service (contract) within our Enterprise Business Services team. The coordinator plays a key role in delivering a high level of customer service and ensuring the accuracy of account-related processes within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound emails and calls related to customer account inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with data operation teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of customer data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support account inquiries and issue resolution
  • Maintain and update customer account information within internal systems, including Access Databases
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiencies
  • Provide backup support for weekly reporting and data upload processes
  • Provide backup support for card printing and related inquiries
  • Generate and distribute weekly account statements to stores
  • Respond to internal requests and provide cross-functional support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs

Requirements and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service is mandatory
  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook/Teams) in a Windows environment
  • Ability to work with multiple systems and manage data accurately
  • Team orientated with a positive and collaborative attitude

$39,000.00 - $49,500.00 / 39.000,00$ - 49.500,00$ (per year / par an)
