As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).
As a Media Co-Op Student at Loblaw Media, you will be responsible for the successful planning & management of 360 paid media strategies for many of our grocery businesses. You will make an impact by showing a commitment to driving results and revenue efficiently, while also showcasing thought leadership, as well as exceptional organization and project management skills.
What you’ll do:
- Create, execute & optimize marketing strategies across paid channels
- Report on campaign performance and deliver key insights to stakeholders
- Learn to work within multiple digital ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Ads
- Coordinate trafficking of creative assets for campaigns, in collaboration with the execution team, internal and external creative partners, media agency and vendors.
- Ensure seamless project management through clear & accurate documentation, and following team processes
- Maintain project timelines with detailed work back schedules while communicating regular status updates relating to specific campaign executions.
- Track status of projects and capacity accurately in detailed team status reports
- Perform data analysis regularly as part of campaign reporting, to bolster insights and identify optimizations
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of media marketing campaigns.
- Assist in continuous improvement by establishing and evaluating media across key metrics, identifying process optimizations, and implementing changes to drive success.
- Support the development and execution of media plans for Tier 3 marketing programs from brief to trafficking creative, to billing and post-campaign reporting in support of national and market-specific initiatives, including store-specific requests with external agency and vendor partners across all media channels.
- Develop knowledge and understanding of the marketplace landscape, competitive, industry trends and new technologies that impact media plans.
