As of October 15, 2024 Loblaw has adopted the following Hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues will continue working remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit).

You’ll assist with developing campaign briefs, executing campaigns, analyzing campaign results while working with various stakeholders including agencies, merchandising, Loblaw Brands, Divisional operations and Marketing Operations. You will have an opportunity to develop your understanding of key marketing principles including brand management, insights and analytics, and how to build and execute marketing campaigns for retail and brands.
We are looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about marketing, brands and a food lover!
- Enthusiastic personality with ability to rally the team around a common goal
- Organized with strong project management skills and can move quickly within a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal skills in order to effectively source information, obtain approvals and build relationships
- Resourceful, self-starter and proactive
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
What you've done:
- Demonstrated passion for retail and brand marketing
- Demonstrated proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Completed or are currently studying a related field (Marketing, Business, digital marketing etc).
