As a Non-Endemic Client Partner on our Agency team, you will collaborate with both internal teams and external clients to create impactful campaigns using world class data and inventory. You’ll use your experience in campaign strategy and digital advertising solutions to engage clients and account teams at holdcos and independent agencies. You’ll ideate and sell-through first-in-market opportunities that establish a new standard of retail media execution. With your broad and long-standing agency and client relationships, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of data-driven advertising solutions. 

 

What You'll Do 

  • Attain and exceed non-endemic revenue targets through new business development. 

  • Educate agencies and clients on retail media and Loblaw Advance assets for marketing success. 

  • Create and present needs-based solutions for RFPs. 

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from pitch to post-launch, coordinating internal teams for execution, optimization, and reporting. 

  • Develop and manage client-specific non-endemic growth strategies. 

  • Cultivate strong relationships with agencies and direct clients, identifying key stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with other Loblaw Advance teams to showcase retail media opportunities and client success. 

  • Structure and execute strategic initiatives, including account planning and market analysis. 

  • Work with partners to measure the impact of Loblaw Media solutions for clients. 

  • Effectively manage the non-endemic sales pipeline and CRM. 

  • Serve as a digital advertising thought leader, leveraging Loblaw's innovations for client success. 

  • Participate in industry events and organizations. 

  • Regular travel across GTA offices, holdcos and clientsis required. 

 

Does this sound like you?  

  • 7+ years' experience in digital sales with strong agency and client relationships 

  • Strong negotiation skills 

  • Excellent presentation skills 

  • Experience using CRM systems  

  • Previous experience working with clients and agencies  

  • Audience-driven sales experience is a must
