Reporting to the Ad Operations Senior Manager and working cross-functionally with multiple teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day digital advertising operations across a portfolio of clients.
As an Ad Operations Coordinator at Loblaw Advance, you will play a pivotal role in executing strategic digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms, including LOOP, MediaAisle, Meta, Pinterest, and DV360. You will be responsible for closely monitoring campaign pacing and performance, making optimizations, and delivering post-campaign insights. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, a passion for digital media, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
Traffic offsite and onsite campaigns across various third-party platforms, including internal media buying tools.
Execute end-to-end digital media campaigns, ensuring smooth setup, QA, and launch processes.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital strategies across multiple channels.
Maintain accurate budget pacing and campaign spend, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs.
Provide timely and accurate media performance reporting to internal stakeholders and clients.
Contribute to a collaborative and growth-focused work culture by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with media buying platforms (e.g., Meta, DV360, Hivestack).
Proven success managing and optimizing digital campaigns to meet or exceed client goals.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media buying tools and reporting platforms.
High attention to detail in all aspects of campaign execution — including audience targeting, creative QA, and performance analysis.
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ad Operations team members must effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques is essential for evaluating campaign performance and driving informed decision-making.
