Ad Operations Specialist

Reporting to the Ad Operations Senior Manager and working cross-functionally with multiple teams, you will be responsible for the day-to-day digital advertising operations across a portfolio of clients. As an Ad Operations Specialist at Loblaw Advance, you will play a key role in executing strategic digital media campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign pacing and performance, making optimizations, and delivering post-campaign insights. This role requires strong attention to detail, a passion for digital media, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Traffic onsite and offsite campaigns across various third-party platforms, including internal media buying tools
  • Execute end-to-end digital media campaigns, ensuring seamless setup, QA, and launch processes
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies across multiple channels
  • Manage budget pacing and campaign spend, ensuring alignment with performance KPIs
  • Deliver timely and accurate performance reporting to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with media buying platforms (e.g., Meta, Pinterest, Google Ads, DV360, Hivestack)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with media buying and reporting tools
  • High attention to detail across all aspects of campaign execution (targeting, QA, performance analysis)
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making

Hiring Range / Échelle salariale à l’embauche :

$60,000.00 - $82,500.00 / 60.000,00$ - 82.500,00$ (per year / par an)
