Agency Account Executive

Hybrid: 4 Days/Week in office

 
As an Account Executive on our Agency Development team, you will use your experience selling digital advertising solutions to Loblaw's’ largest agencies. With your broad and long-standing agency relationships, consultative approach and deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell a broad range of data-driven advertising solutions that will ensure that their business goals are met.

 

What You'll Do

 

Revenue: Reach and exceed agency revenue target while contributing to overall vertical and team goals

Educating and Presenting: Educating agency teams on retail media and how to leverage the Loblaw Advance assets for endemic and non-endemic clients.

Account Planning: Develop and actively manage short and long-term agency growth targets based on agency brand and performance marketing objectives at the client level.

Relationships: Develop and broaden high-level collaborative agency relationships, understand and identify contacts that manage multiple budgets. 

Collaboration:  Work closely with the Loblaw Advance direct sales teams and internal sales enablement teams to represent the needs of agencies in retail media, and to bring the agency portfolio to life.

Industry Expertise: Partner with teammates and cross-functional partners to structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives – developing account plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall business approach 

Prospect: Prospect and penetrate agency teams to drive alignment and influence executive and day-to-day contacts to execute against account plan

Measurement & Insights: Collaborate with measurement partners to create learning agenda and to help agencies measure the impact of Loblaw Media’s solutions

Pipeline: Accurately and effectively manage agency sales pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources

Thought Leadership: Serve as an industry thought leader in digital advertising in order to drive client success leveraging Loblaws product and technology developments.

Market engagement: Participate in industry organizations, committees and events

RFPs: Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality opportunities to RFPs 

 

Does this sound like you?

 

7+ years experience in digital sales with strong agency relationships

Strong negotiation skills

Excellent presentation skills

Experience using CRM systems  

Previous experience working with clients and agencies

Audience-driven sales experience is a must
